Your mission
As a Product Manager at Kaiko Systems, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of maritime technology. You’ll work alongside top-notch engineers, designers, and stakeholders to drive product innovation and deliver exceptional solutions to our customers. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the industry while advancing your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will join a collaborative structure of multiple product delivery teams, contributing to the development and execution of cross-team initiatives. By working closely with these teams, you'll ensure alignment in priorities, foster a shared vision, drive the successful delivery of our products and help to guide our delivery teams through sprint cycles. Your role will involve coordinating efforts across teams to maintain a unified product strategy and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Your skillset to navigate success:
- Leading Innovation: Drive the development and enhancement of Kaiko Systems' core products, collaborating with engineering teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Crafting Features: Develop features, user stories, and strategic roadmaps that reflect customer needs and align with business objectives.
- Deepening Customer Insights: Conduct qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys to refine user personas, solve pain points, and adjust the product strategy based on insights.
- Collaborating on Roadmaps: Partner closely with the VP of Product to manage the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives effectively.
- Feedback Integration: Collect and integrate product feedback through various channels, ensuring our products evolve to meet market demands.
- Driving Metrics: Design and track product KPIs to inform decisions and measure success.
- Building Relationships: Strengthen connections with new and existing customer segments to ensure our solutions resonate with their needs.
- Enhancing Customer Success: Support the customer success team in identifying upsell opportunities and improving the overall customer journey.
