Head of People & Talent (f/m/d)

Permanent employee, Full-time · Berlin

Description
Support the people on the frontlines of global shipping with cutting-edge digital tools. That's what we do at Kaiko Systems, and now there is an opportunity to help build a cutting edge organisation for our growing international team, as our Head of People & Talent. Join us as our first dedicated HR specialist, architect our people and talent strategy as the company scales, and shape the team's culture.

Kaiko Systems was founded in late 2020 to make shipping safer, smarter, and more collaborative. We are turning manual work into actionable intelligence in the maritime industry. With a user-friendly mobile app, ship crews are able to continuously collect reliable technical data on the job. The automated, AI-based analysis then provides shore teams with data-based insights on risks and efficiency gains.

With reputable customers like Columbia Ship Management, Atlantic Lloyd, HS Schiffahrt and many more, we're geared for growth. Join us at Kaiko, help to transform the foundations of global trade - the shipping industry - and develop the foundation of our company’s success: our people.
