To execute our mission fast & diligently, we are looking for a motivated candidate to take on the role of Product Manager (f/m/d).
Your mission
As our Product Manager, you are responsible for shaping the product execution, and support fundamental strategic decisions. This includes guiding the in-house engineering team, managing stakeholders and building deep relationships with our most important customers and understanding their needs.
You will have wide responsibility on the existing data collection product, as well as developing new products in the area of platform-based data sharing for enterprises from scratch.
You will be:
Driving the direction of the core product of Kaiko Systems, working together with top-notch senior engineers to continuously improve and create innovative new products
Developing features, user stories, and roadmaps
Performing qualitative interview and quantitative surveys to iterate on user personas, identifying and resolving customers pain points, and using the insights to develop product strategy
Managing the product roadmap and development priorities in close collaboration with the CEO and other departments
Gathering and managing product feedback through surveys, concept testing and analytics tools
Designing, monitoring and reporting product KPIs
Develop and strengthen customer relationships across new and existing segments
Supporting the customer success process and identify upsell opportunities
